Repel Return & Refund Policy

At Repel, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

• You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

• All items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

• Returns must include the original packing slip or order number.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

• We’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, a full refund (minus shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or partially unrolled PPF films

• Custom cut or special-order items

• Installed or altered products

• Open ceramic coating kits (once launched)

• A brief explanation of the issue

• Photos (if applicable)

We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
